Shipping Policy
Empower Artworks, will ship as soon as possible, Monday through Friday. Our products are custom made so please allow 3-7 business days for order processing prior to shipping. We will send you an email when the order is being shipped. We try our best to get your items to you in a timely manner, but sometimes the shipping companies are closed for holidays and weekends. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We are NOT responsible for the item after we ship; we are not responsible for weather caused delays in the arrival of your order. Shipping will vary according to your location; usually 2-7 business days. Delivery times are available at checkout. Bulk orders require longer processing times. Please email us for details on large orders.
At this time, we are only shipping to locations in North America. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Mexico, and Canada require longer shipping times.
All merchandise is shipped “F.O.B. Shipping Point.” This is a legal term which means that all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier. The freight carrier is responsible for complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise when it is delivered and to note damage. If the freight carrier fails to delivery your merchandise in good condition, it is your responsibility to contact us so we can file a claim on your behalf with the carrier.
If your merchandise arrived damaged, please call or email us immediately. Photos of the product and the shipping box will be required for the purpose of making an initial assessment prior to beginning a claim. Save all packing materials so that the freight carrier can inspect the package and determine who is responsible. Items must be returned within 15 days from the time the return authorization is issued. Claims take up to two weeks to process.
If shipment is lost, we must file a claim with the freight carrier and claims take up to two weeks to process. If a claim is approved, the order will be shipped again with the original order contents and no changes or refunds are allowed.
Please be sure your address is accurate and complete. Any fees incurred with an incorrect or incomplete address will be billed to your credit card, at a later date. UPS charges $11 address correction fee on orders that are rerouted to a different address.
